Our Story

Jessica is a dedicated professional committed to supporting and coaching of others. As an Assistant Principal in the Douglas County School District and with a background of over ten years of leadership and teaching, she derives true success from witnessing the achievements of those around her. Jessica's passion lies in empowering individuals to reach their full potential, and she actively contributes to creating an environment where success is not just a personal endeavor but a collective triumph. Her commitment to fostering the success of others reflects a belief in the transformative power of collaboration within any community.  Jessica currently resides in Castle Rock, CO with her husband and daughter.  

Priyanka was born and raised in Kathmandu, Nepal. She has resided in the United States for 15 years and has made a remarkable impact in her 8 years in the field of education. Her journey began as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP), where she gained diverse experiences, working across educational levels and healthcare settings. Currently, she serves as the Coordinator of Alternative Licensure and Induction Programs at the Douglas County School District (DCSD). She served as an Assistant Principal at a middle school in DCSD for four years before that. With her vast leadership experiences, she is deeply committed to leadership coaching, instructional coaching, and creating systems and processes that are sustainable. Utilizing cognitive coaching tools, Priyanka empowers individuals in their leadership and personal development journeys, with a strong focus on maximizing workplace efficiency. Her background uniquely equips her to support staff development and foster leadership, reflecting her dedication to helping individuals reach their maximum potential at work.
